Biography

Islam Al-Hilaly is a seasoned Legal Associate with over 6 years of experience in dispute resolution and a solid background in Dubai and UAE Federal law. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the English study program at Mansoura University (MU), Islam brings a comprehensive legal perspective to a diverse range of complex cases.

He advises on contentious matters across several sectors, including commercial transactions, international trade, corporate governance, employment law, and general commercial litigation. Islam has successfully represented clients in both civil and criminal proceedings before multiple judicial authorities, including the onshore UAE Courts.

Beyond litigation, Islam provides expert guidance on corporate legal matters from initial negotiations to final agreements. His commitment to delivering effective legal strategies has made him a valuable asset to his clients and colleagues alike.

Known for his innovative approach and dedication to achieving favorable results, Islam has built a strong reputation in the legal community. In 2022, he led a workshop on mock trials as the main lecturer at the American University in Sharjah (AUS). Additionally, he was appointed as an International Advisory Member of the African Law Students Association in 2021.
