Kalthoom is a dedicated HR Officer at OBH Lawyers. Having more than 6 years of extensive experience in the field, Kalthoom specializes in supporting the development and execution of HR systems and initiatives. Furthermore, she is proactively involved in the company’s recruitment such as preparing job descriptions and managing the hiring process enabling us to achieve effective onboarding. An alumna of Sharjah Women’s College and pursued a Diploma in Business Management at the American Institute of Professional Studies.
