He specializes in corporate, commercial, energy, M&A, insurance, insolvency law, as well as banking and financial intermediaries law.

With a robust strategic vision complemented by a well-established international network, Antonio has garnered significant experience in Venture Capital, Technological Innovation, and Health Care sectors. He possesses a wealth of expertise in both national and international contractual matters and offers comprehensive corporate advisory services.

In addition to his legal practice, Antonio is an Associate Lecturer for Supplementary Teaching and a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Corporate Law.

He serves as the President of the Association des Amis pour le Droit Continental in Paris, France, and the Association Italian a per l’Unificazione del Diritto in Europa in Rome, Italy.
